Welcome! Below are a couple of tips on our meals and services. We look forward to working with you!


When does the New Menu Post?

Every Wednesday. Remember, there’s a minimum of 10 meals per order.


When should I pick up my meals?

When choosing a pick-up time for your order, it is extremely important to pick a time that works for you. In order to get our customers in and out in a timely manner please make it a habit to come at your designated time. The next customer will thank you!


How should I store my meals?

Store meals immediately. It is crucial that you refrigerate your meals within 30 minutes of pick up, if your travel time is longer please invest in a thermal bag to ensure the meals stay safe to consume.

Keep your fridge at 38 - 40 degrees and please make sure it’s not overstocked as this will prevent cold air from dispersing evenly. Meals are meant to be eaten Monday through Friday.

If eating seafood after the third day, please freeze those meals. Frozen meals should be consumed within two weeks (our meals have no additives or preservatives).


How should I heat my meals?

We recommend opening one corner of the container (remove any sauces and lemons) then place in the microwave for 2 minutes.

If heating seafood or steak, heat for 1 - 1.5 minutes. Anything beyond that may overcook the seafood or steak.

Times may vary depending on your microwave.

Cancellation Policy?

Any Orders submitted must be cancelled prior to Saturday at 10 a.m. in order to recieve a refund for the transaction. [Please keep in mind that every order is made custom for each client, which then leads to waste if not picked up]. We understand life happens so please contact us at support@macrofitmeals.co
